MM Grupp and responsible business

Our goal is to manage the Group’s daily operations responsibly and sustainably. We aim to increase our positive impact on the economy, society, and the environment, turning commitments into concrete actions and results.

Sustainability for us also includes contributing to the security of Estonia and the wider region. Supporting a safe and resilient society is a priority.

MM Grupp received the gold badge as a supporter of national defence from the Ministry of Defence in 2024 and 2025.

MM Grupp is an Estonia-based investment company focused on broad, cross-sector investments while contributing to the development of Estonian society. The Group’s vision is to be a market leader in its core areas in the Baltics, offering the best customer experience.

Our main activities include managing the Group, coordinating cooperation between companies, and providing strategic support services to both Group entities and selected external partners. These services include overseeing sustainability across the Group. Sustainability and responsible business are integrated into MM Grupp’s daily operations and investment decisions.

Our diverse investment portfolio brings different industries, business sectors, and well-known brands across the Baltics under a shared sustainability umbrella. The Group recognizes its responsibility to help shape a sustainable economy, society, and environment. Sustainability is managed strategically to build long-term value for all stakeholders.

We prioritize designing business processes that reduce negative impacts from portfolio companies’ operations while amplifying positive contributions. Strategic sustainability management is guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the European Green Deal, and the Paris Climate Agreement.

In the coming years, MM Grupp aims to systematically follow EU sustainability directives and reporting standards to ensure regulatory compliance and promote responsible business. We strive to lead by example in creating lasting positive change and supporting broad implementation of sustainable development.

MM Grupp OÜ has been a member of the Estonian Sustainable Business Association (KELL) since 2024.

We joined KELL to contribute to the development of sustainability, share experience with other large companies, and support the advancement of sustainability reporting and management.

As part of our membership, the Group completed the Responsible Business Index self-assessment. Based on the feedback, our manufacturing company Kroonpress AS received the Bronze level recognition in the Responsible Business Index for the first time in 2025.
